Privacy Policy

1. Controller
The controller is Risen Consulting LLC, a Wyoming (USA) limited liability company, registered office at 1309 Coffeen Avenue, Suite 13410, Sheridan, WY 82801. Contact: hello@risenmgt.com.
The controller is established outside the European Union. Personal data of individuals resident in the EU is processed subject to Regulation (EU) 2016/679 ("GDPR"). Enquiries about the controller's representative in the European Union may be directed to hello@risenmgt.com.

No payment card data is collected on this site and no payment is taken through it.
3. International transfers
Personal data may be transferred outside the European Economic Area, including to the United States and the United Arab Emirates. Transfers rely on the Standard Contractual Clauses adopted by the European Commission and, where a recipient is certified, on the EU–US Data Privacy Framework. No automated decision-making with legal effect takes place.
Rights may be exercised by email to hello@risenmgt.com. We reply within one month. Identity verification may be requested where there is reasonable doubt.
You have the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority. In France, the Commission nationale de l'informatique et des libertés (CNIL) has jurisdiction.
5. Minors
The service is not directed to persons under 18, and no data of minors is knowingly collected.
6. Security
We implement reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect the confidentiality, integrity and availability of personal data: encryption in transit (HTTPS), access controls, logging, environment separation and awareness of authorised personnel.
7. Data breaches
In the event of a personal data breach likely to result in a high risk to the rights and freedoms of individuals, we notify the affected individuals and the competent authority within the timeframes required by applicable law.
